if i give my landlord 30 days written notice, on the 31st day what rights do i have ?

i recently came home with the rent on day 31 to find a chain locking me out of my driveway , 2 blue nose pitt bulls in my yard and driveway, and wasnt even aloud to enter to change my clothes. after 7 dsys of persisting i was aloud 1&1/2 hours to collect my things from the yard not the house, as my lndlrd moved me out without me ,allowed his dogs to destroy and desicrate my furniture unto pieces,while he litteraly took out of my personal property any and everything of any value what so ever..( antique gun collection, jewerly,, checkbook.electronics,appliances.tools.tiffany lamps flat screens ..etc.. he said i could have my property back upon him collecting over $1,200.00 from me for andonment , damages, etc..! what rights do i have? whats the best way to ensure i get everything back? how do you suggest i handel this ...please help time is of the escence.

You need to file a police report today and accuse him of these deeds in writing and force the police to pick him up.

If the guy stole your property and you can prove it, nail him.
